Decrease low back pain and improve movement with this quick and easy iliopsoas release technique!

In this video, I show what I like to do for tight iliopsoas muscles. The iliopsoas muscle helps us do a situp when lying down or flex our knees up when standing. When this muscle becomes too tight, mostly due to sitting for too long, it could lead to low back pain. By “releasing” this muscle, it could help decrease low back pain and improve movement!
